Regular exercise.

This is the very very important and very very best way for weight loss. Do any type of exercise. You can lose weight very fastly with this method. 


  • Best time for exercise.

Wake up in the morning. Just do some exercises. Then go to your regular works.
Evening time is also a good time for exercise. So do some exercises. But regularly do these exercises. Especially add this exercise time within your planning timetable. You can feel the change in a week.

  • Swimming.

Swimming is a good exercise. It does not show the tired. But it is burning a lot of fat. So swimming is always good for you.


  • Cycling.

Now we mostly use vehicles with motors. That motors working for us. So we always take a lot of rest. That is the reason for being overweight. Give the time for the body to work. So cycling is the best way for Weight loss. 



Eat healthily.

Healthy foods are always the best medicine. Because food is the first way for getting healthy. So manage your foods and get a healthy body. Especially eat healthily and lose weight. Because you can see the good result of exercises with this healthy food maintenance.

Hungry is the automatic alarm system in our body. So respect that alarm. Is your feel hungry? Just go to eat. Are you doesn't feel hungry? Don't go to eat. That is the best way for a healthy lifestyle.

Extra time foods are the biggest problem for our body. We have three main times for eating. Morning, afternoon and night time was always the best main time to eat.
